Admin home
Orient to the admin sidebar, understand who can open Admin, and return to member pages.
The sidebar groups operations into Players — Players, Rosters, Concert signups, Dues, Attendance, Section leaders, Email groups, and Member fields — and Season Manager — Seasons, Concert cycles, Sheet music, Events, Calendar, and Locations. The Reference group holds read-only comparison material. On the Admin home page, Go to tiles offer shortcuts to common destinations.
- Sign in and open Admin from Home or the members menu.
- Review the sidebar groups and open a destination when you are ready to work.
Use the sidebar to reach Players, Season Manager, and other admin areas.
Understand who can access admin and what they can do
Members whose Player record has Admin access enabled can open Admin. Personnel managers, board members, super admins, and conductors need the same explicit access setting. Section leaders record attendance on Enter attendance but do not get admin routes unless they also have Admin access.
On the Admin home page, read Orchestra snapshot and Designations for counts by membership type and additional roles. Open a count to see the filtered member list. If you see Admin in the member menu, your membership record has Admin access enabled.
To grant access, follow Grant Admin access to a member.
Switch back to member surfaces
- In the admin sidebar, choose Back to members.
- You return to signed-in Home with member tiles.
- Open Menu when you need Account, Directory, or other member pages.
