Directory

1. Under Members, pick a section from the Section filter or search by name.
2. Scan each section heading and its indented rows for Name, Email when shared, and year joined when shared.
3. Select a member's email address to send them an email.

1. Under Staff Contacts, start with General Help for the Members Help Line (help@bso.nyc) when you are not sure who to contact.
2. Review role groups: Personnel manager, Librarian, Board, Section leaders, and Conductors. Each role heading shows its member count.
3. Use the Staff Contacts filter to narrow by role, or search across names, visible emails, and Board titles.
4. Select a member's email address to send them an email.

Section leaders show with their primary section in parentheses.

When a Board member has a Board role on file (for example President or Treasurer), that title appears in parentheses after their name in the Board group only. Board roles do not appear in Members or in other Staff Contacts groups.

When a Board member has a Board email address on file, the Board row uses that address. If that Board member is also a personnel manager or librarian, that staff-contact row uses the same address. If the Board email address is empty, those rows show their regular directory email when they have chosen to share it.

1. Open Account.
2. Choose Edit contact.
3. Turn off Show my email in the member directory or Show my year joined in the member directory.
