Season detail with auto-pay and concert cycles

Open a season to manage auto-pay availability, dues defaults, and concert cycles.

Control auto-pay for a season

  1. On a season detail page, find the Auto-pay section.
  2. Use Auto-pay available to allow or block new member opt-ins for this season. The control starts off for every season.
  3. Turning it off does not cancel members who are already enrolled — their enrollments keep running until you cancel them or they cancel themselves.
  4. Review the active enrollments table under the toggle when you need to cancel auto-pay for selected members.
  5. Select one or more enrolled members, choose Cancel auto-pay, enter an internal reason, and confirm.

Manage current shipped season workflows

  1. On Seasons, open the header actions menu and choose Add season to create a new operating year.
  2. On a season detail page, open the actions menu and choose Edit to update dates, dues, or expected cycle count.
  3. In the Concert cycles section, open the section actions menu and choose Add cycle for that season.
  4. From a cycle row, open the row actions menu and choose Roster to manage that cycle's roster.

Rosters, attendance, Concert signups, and dues are scoped to individual concert cycles, not to the season record itself. See Concert cycles and Rosters.
