Sheet music

Review, save, and clear the Google Drive sheet music folder for each concert cycle.

Review Sheet music links

  1. Open Admin and choose Sheet music in Season Manager.
  2. Review the cycle, season, concert date, and Available or Unavailable status.
  3. Choose Open when a saved link should open in Google Drive, or choose Edit to manage the cycle link.
  4. Choose a season filter or Show archived when you need a narrower or historical view.

Review cycle status and open or edit a saved sheet music link.

Save or clear a Sheet music link

  1. On Sheet music, choose Edit for the cycle.
  2. Enter an HTTPS Google Drive URL with a non-empty path in Sheet music URL.
  3. Choose Save. The saved link appears in the Saved link preview.
  4. To clear the link, remove the URL from Sheet music URL and choose Save.

Save a Google Drive folder URL or leave Sheet music URL blank to clear it.
