Calendar

Review the current-season admin agenda and export a filtered calendar CSV for planning handoffs.

Review and filter the admin calendar

  1. Open Admin and choose Calendar in Season Manager.
  2. Review the agenda grouped by month for the selected season.
  3. Use filters for season, concert cycle, event type, or archived events.

Calendar is a readable view of event records, not a separate data set. Current season follows active dates automatically.

Filter the month agenda by season, cycle, or event type.

Export calendar CSV

  1. On Calendar, set season, cycle, and type filters for the handoff you need.
  2. Open the header actions menu.
  3. Choose Export CSV.

Configure ICS event name prefixes

  1. On Calendar, open the header actions menu.
  2. Choose ICS calendar settings.
  3. Check or clear Show group name prefix on ICS event names.
  4. Choose Save.
