Concerts: Only Active members sign up for concerts, and choosing Not playing or Not sure frees your spot on the roster.
Concerts: Sections can set seat limits—signing up places you when there is room, or puts you on a waitlist that moves up as seats open.
Substitutes: Substitutes can browse events for every concert this season and report whether they are available without joining the roster.
Look & feel: Every member page now includes a Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra link home and a shared footer.
Admin: Concert-cycle planning lives on one shared workspace with seat caps, waitlists, and one-cycle dues exemptions.

Concerts: Signup choices press like buttons, saved responses open ready to edit, and concert rows share clearer status styling.
Dues: Signing up for a concert after Auto-pay is already on now schedules that charge correctly, and dues stay accurate when membership status changes.
Attendance: Marks someone already reported stay protected until you choose Edit and confirm a change, and Enter attendance dates, search, and filters behave more reliably.
Admin: Attendance runs in one shared workspace, member profiles manage concert-cycle rosters, and cycle dues show signup status beside payment status.

Attendance: Enter attendance is one cycle grid—scroll across events, mark inline, and saves happen right away, with smoother phone scrolling and marking.
Attendance: Anyone granted Can enter attendance can open it, and marks are Present, Absent, or Late—Excused is retired.
Dues: When Auto-pay successfully charges a concert, that payment now shows in history as an Automatic payment.
Marketing Bank: Concert marketing copy is corrected—soloist names, livestream links, and daylight-saving times.
Admin: Attendance sheets sort by first name like printed sheets, and Auto-pay charges Stripe already collected can be recorded as Automatic payments from Auto-pay settings.

Substitutes: The overall experience for substitutes has been improved: they can only sign up for concerts where a personnel manager has added them to the roster, and they see clearer indications of their status for each concert.
Dues: Substitutes, Conductors, and Inactive members are always dues-exempt. Auto-pay also turns off automatically when a membership status change makes someone dues-exempt.
Attendance: Sign-in sheets can be printed as PDFs for use on clipboards in rehearsal. Members can also be marked present for individual events when they attend a rehearsal but are not on the roster for that concert.
