Easier help access: Email help@bso.nyc directly from the member page’s Help and feedback menu.
More relevant scheduling: Members with restricted access now see Calendar and Absences information only for concert cycles where they’re rostered.
Clearer member directory: Board roles are now included in the member Directory, and tenure labels no longer display when the value is zero years.
Smoother admin navigation: The ⌘B / Ctrl+B shortcut no longer toggles the admin sidebar unexpectedly.
Improved Reese conversations: Reese now uses more consistent candidate names, can restart after a cancellation, cancels when a process is stopped or archived, and supports revising follow-up questions.
