Set up auto-pay for future concerts

When auto-pay is available, Season dues shows recommended Auto-pay above manual payment controls. Turning it on saves a card and schedules a separate payment for each eligible concert you are signed up for, including future concerts you sign up for.

  1. On Season dues, review the per-concert amount, then choose Set up auto-pay. You can set it up before deciding which concerts to play.
  2. Save a new card and return to Dues. Setup always asks for a card, including when you used auto-pay before.
  3. Review each scheduled concert row and its charge date.

Manage your card or pay a failed auto-pay charge

  1. While auto-pay is on, choose Manage card on Season dues. If a charge needs attention, open the affected concert row.
  2. On the concert detail page, choose Manage payment to update your card or open the invoice that needs attention.

Turn off auto-pay

  1. On Season dues, choose Turn off auto-pay next to Manage card.
  2. Confirm that future scheduled charges will stop and the saved card will be removed.

The confirmation explains that scheduled charges stop while past payments remain in Payment history.

Understand when dues are required

You're signed upRequired for that concert
You're not playingNot required — You're not playing appears, and you can still choose Pay when it is available
You still need to sign up / Update your responseNot required yet — open the concert row; Pay stays available on the detail page

Every concert row shows its status and opens the concert detail page. Signup and payment controls live on that page, so the Dues list has no separate Respond, Pay, Change signup, or Manage payment row actions.

When an automatic payment needs action, the row shows the shared amber Payment needs attention badge. Open that concert row to find Manage payment on the concert detail page. A second checkout is not created for that cycle.

Pay the whole season

  1. Confirm Season dues is selected in the section navigation.
  2. Choose Pay for the whole season to pay once. Earlier per-concert payments are credited automatically, when you have them.
  3. Choose Pay for the whole season and complete card checkout.

When both payment methods are available, Auto-pay and Pay manually are separated by OR. Concert rows below the manual payment card open each concert detail page.

Review your payment status on Season dues

  1. Confirm Season dues is selected in the section navigation.
  2. Review Concerts — the status line under the date explains whether you are signed up, not playing, or still need to sign up. Each row opens that concert's detail page.
  3. Read Paid manually or Paid with auto-pay when the payment source is known. Concerts you still owe for — and concerts that still need a signup — use the shared amber attention style. Open an owed concert to find its Pay once button.

Pay (amount)You are signed up and the concert still has a balance
Pay once (amount)You chose Not playing, dues are optional, and the concert still has a payable balance
  1. Under Concerts, find a concert that still shows a balance.
  2. Open the concert row.
  3. Choose Pay once on the concert detail page, then complete card checkout.

Open Payment history

  1. Choose Payment history in the section navigation.
  2. Review the payment method under each receipt. Charges made by auto-pay are labeled Automatic payment; one-time card checkouts are Online payment.

Automatic-payment receipts remain visible after auto-pay is turned off. An automatic charge needing attention stays on Season dues with Payment needs attention and is managed from the concert detail page instead of appearing as a completed receipt.

Confirm a payment posted

  1. After online checkout, return to Dues or open Payment history.
  2. Look for a receipt row with the amount and date — status may take a moment to update.

Common questions

When are dues required for a concert?

Signing up for a concert means you owe dues for that concert. If you choose Not playing, dues are optional and you can choose Pay when manual payment is available. Concerts without a response remain focused on signup until you choose Sign up, Not playing, or Not sure.

How do I pay dues for just one concert instead of the whole season?

Open Dues on Season dues, open the concert row, then choose Pay once on the concert detail page.

How do I know my payment went through?

After checkout, open Payment history or return to Season dues. Completed payments appear as receipt rows with the amount and date.

What does auto-pay cover?

When you turn on auto-pay, the app saves your card and schedules a separate payment for each eligible concert you’re signed up for now or in the future. Each payment is charged on the date shown for that concert—there is no recurring subscription. Turning auto-pay off cancels payments that are still scheduled and removes the saved card. Completed charges and finalized invoices are not affected.

What if auto-pay fails for one concert?

That concert shows Payment needs attention in the Dues list and on its detail page. Open the concert row, then choose Manage payment to update the payment method or review the invoice. Later concerts can still stay on the schedule.

What if online payment is temporarily unavailable?

Return to Dues and try again later. If Payment unavailable continues to appear, contact staff for help.
