Concert cycles
Review concert cycles across seasons, edit program and repertoire, manage listen links and sheet music, and open roster, Concert signups, and dues for the same cycle.
Review all cycles
- Open Admin and choose Concert cycles in Season Manager.
- Review cycles across seasons in the table.
- Filter by season or enable Show archived when you need retired programs.
Open a cycle detail
- Open a cycle name from Concert cycles or from a season detail page.
- Review the Program tab — conductor and repertoire for this cycle.
- Open Events, Roster, Attendance, Concert signups, or Dues for cycle-scoped work.
To manage the cycle’s shared Drive folder, open Sheet music.

The Program tab summarizes conductor and repertoire for the cycle.
When listen links are published, the Program tab shows a cycle Listen menu and a headphones menu on each piece that has recordings.
- Open the cycle Program tab.
- Open Listen and choose a playlist provider (Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube when present).
- On a repertoire row, open the headphones menu for a per-piece recording. Labels distinguish multiple tracks for the same work.

Open Listen for cycle playlists, or a piece headphones menu for labeled recordings.
Edit program and repertoire
- On the Program tab, open the section actions menu and choose Edit program.
- Enter or update Conductor.
- Enter or update repertoire rows — each saved piece needs a title.
- Choose Add piece to append another row, then Save.
Conductor is optional. Blank rows are ignored on save. For playlists and per-piece listen URLs, see Add listen links to a program.
Add listen links to a program
- On the Program tab, open the section actions menu and choose Edit program.
- In Playlist, paste optional cycle-wide Spotify playlist URL, Apple Music playlist URL, and YouTube playlist URL values.
- On a repertoire row, expand Listen links and add per-track URLs. Use an optional label when the same piece has more than one recording.
- Choose Save.

Edit program — paste cycle Playlist URLs, then expand Listen links on each piece.
Link to roster, signup, and dues articles for the same cycle
On a cycle detail page, open Roster to manage who plays that program, Concert signups to review member responses — see Admin Concert signups, or Dues for cycle dues — see Admin Dues.
Add concert and rehearsal events on the Events tab once the cycle exists. The primary concert date sets chronological order within the season.
